No tutorial, No login calendar, no news, no rewards

Downloaded the game about 2 weeks ago. Played through what I thought was the tutorial. Went into settings and tutorial and had an option for one more tutorial. I can play all the modes/events but cannot access the login calendar, cannot access daily goals, I don't receive rewards from events. 

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, linked and unlinked accounts and still nothing. I have checked every screen I could to trigger that specific tutorial/walkthrough.
