New Years promo glitch

Traded my 91 Brady to upgrade wanting to make some coin through auction. I got a token but the trade does not show up on requirements to upgrade. I traded that player into thin air. Anyone  else have this issue???

Yes I traded my UF master Sherman for upgrade got the token and Ballons required but Sherman disappeared and did not upgrade/unlock so that I could claim him.

spent hours grinding and spending Cash for that UF Master Sherman and exchanges to upgrade and lost him and no upgrade

I got vick with ovr95 claimed just fine but couldn't do urlacher. It gave me the same
