Finished int he top portion of the weekend tournament from 11/11-11/12. I've sent about 10 emails back and forth with customer service and the results have been downright offensive. I've tried to communicate that there is no way to get a screenshot AFTER the fact. I provided them with all the requested information and then 6 hours later they asked me for the same information. It's been back and forth and they keep picking apart every word I say and replying in a condescending manner each message.
Driving me nuts. Can you please just put the player that I earned int he tourney on my account? I'm not sure why 5 days and a dozen emails are necessary.
