Milestone points not accumulating

I’ve been playing overdrive trying to earn points for the milestone rewards but for the last few matches I have not been earning towards the 5K. I switched captain and coach and I did earn the points but when I switched back I did not earn the points.

I have also tried their troubleshooting options they emailed me, and no dice.

Same problem..been stuck at 1004 points for both coach and captain for about 25 matches..whats the point of putting it on the game if your nit gonna make sure it works?

Edit: It looks like today's reset had no impact.

Same problem... I play 3 games in Hudson. I score 1085 + 1346 + 1126. After the games i made screenshots. Bug is also present at the coaches...

8:38 am PST 887/5K points from last night

8:43 am PST 1,683/5K points from this morning after I played a match (that was my score from said match)

I am having the same, or very similar issue. Each time I play an Overdrive match it updates with my most recent score, not with a cumulative score.
Attached screenshots showing Brown falling from 1667 points to 970 points after a game. Have reinstalled, reset, etc.

I have filed a ticket with EA tech support and they are claiming they haven’t heard of this. The issue started within the last 48 hours and it has become frustrating for players who have tried to grind in OD and support the game. If you guys at EA want us to keep playing, ya gotta fix the constant issues and either compensate us for our lost time and points or figure something else out to apologize for the constant issues with the game. Please find enclosed screen shots of my experience with the Milestone Points not accumulating. The screenshots are 3 separate games I played which should have accumulated but instead went back to zero every time I played a new game. I have uninstalled & reinstalled, reset my phone, WiFi, tried on 3 separate devices. It is not a player/ device issue, it is a glitch within the game.
