@Dean86_50 I am having the same issue. I also have not received any useful help from the Ea support team to resolve this matter. I initially was able to bypass the final stage (10) 2 sections, because my team overall offense/defense was above 75. The game did not allow me to retrieve JJ so I went back to complete this stage with keys. I am not in a league so i had to grind it out. I have contributed over 120 keys and still nothing. Very strange. It appears that EASupport thinks this is not a major issue (no sense of urgency expressed,Just boiler plate answers) Actually they seemed as befuddled as I was! Gotta love it

Every step completed, offense and defensive awards claimed, and he’s still locked.

Same, it says to go to player evolution and upgrade him to an 82 OVR but when I go there he’s not there to upgrade.

@cbconeEA When you restart your device and then tap on the large Julio Jones image does that fix it for you?

Ive been having issues with the julio jones master series. Ive completed all the challenges but the final chest to unlock the julio jones is still locked and idk what to do.
