Master Series Jalen Ramsey progress

My Master Series, will not advance. It's been

A MONTH.... this game evolves quickly, I have called and emailed about this situation several times. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled. I don't know what the technical issue is? But it needs to be fixed. As it stands now I will not be able to use the Master Series this year. That definitely give me a competitive disadvantage.

@tforce216 Strange bug you're going through. What type of device do you play on and what is the software version on it?

Same problem. My phone is samsung s20.

With last update nothing changed. Still stuck in Ramsey stage 10 with empty screen....

New masters but i can't unlock Lamar bonus stage.

I was out last week and wanted to check up with you on this. Did you get this fixed? If not, have you tried reinstalling the app to see if that would help fix this?

@EA_Blueberry I installed the app again but nothing changed.
I'm stuck at level 10 (Ramsey) as you before. I can only play training camp.

@steveglaz What version of is your Samsung device on and does it work if you log into a different device?

Does your Samsung device need a software update?
