Road to playoffs chests issue [ Edited ]

Im stuck on 1rst stage from the road to playoffs set, Ive already completed the first ones but the chest doesn't give me any chance to unlock the new stage. 

Please help.

I can’t open these chests, why? No pop ups no keys required nothing... I’m growing impatient.

It won’t let me open the Masters Series chests in the NFC RTTP after I did everything and if you guys find a way to fix this then please tell me.

The studio is still aware of this happening and continuing to look into it. Here are some workarounds that seem to be helping other players out in the meantime. Thanks for hanging in there and our apologies for any confusion when the chest isn't popping up.

Workarounds:

• Force close the app
• Reinstall
• Toggle WiFi off/on
• Click on a different icon and then back on the chest
• Let the phone sit on that screen for about 2 minutes

I’m having issues with the Alvin Kamara master series on set 2 with the last chest. When I click on it, nothing happens. No pop ups no nothing it acts like something popped up but nothing actually happens. It prohibiting me from continuing the game. Is there a fix for this? My app is up to date.
