Madden nfl mobile problem

I just bought a $50 pack of madden cash for my account and as soon as it registered the purchase and charged me my game ended it took me to the load screen and my account was reset. What can I do to get it back?

I finally broke down and bout cash in the madden nfl mobile game and after it took my money at the store it reset all of my progress! Apple refunded the purchase, but now my team is garbage again and all my collie tables I've been saving are lost. Any way to fix this ea?
