Madden mobile

I uninstalled the madden app because I didn't have enough space on my phone for updates for the madden app. I deleted some other apps and reinstalled the madden app. It installed succesfully but when I tap screen to play it says "unknown error"....sorry something unexpected went wrong. please try again. When I hit ok it says the same thing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but it keeps giving me the same error message. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?
