EA has yet to return my items after a month

i have been waiting for a month after the March AH glitches, and EA hasnt responded to me since early April. can anyone here help me?

Please explain to me how certain people are getting their missing content back before others. There is obviously no chronological order (or otherwise sane order) to which people are getting their content back first. Maybe if I cause a big enough stink and claim to have "spent 1000's" or "am a lobbyist and will have congress look into your practices" like xaieg did, I will get my content back sooner.

a was in contact with ea customer experience via email...

and now - after 30DAYS(!!!!!) - they tell me to post here...

i have no clue why this should be better...

hope i'll get my stuff solved now...

Lost 1.175mm coins bidding on 99 Barry on 5/9. Opened a case Tuesday morning and was awarded the card this morning. Thanks EA.

They don't care! I lost my Golden Ticket Tray Walker a month ago and still nothing has been done. I have gotten nothing but the run around. [Comment Removed, discussing moderation - Admin.]. They don't care about US as long as their are more suckers paying for this garbage.

Best thing to do is contact Apple/Google and ask for a refund for services not rendered. EA should pay us all back for this. They messed up and hide under a rock. YOU WILL GET THE REFUND. UP TO 10 OF THEM.

You're not going to receive anything back. I have been waiting for 4 weeks and still nothing. They don't care about what we lost. They already have our money. You can contact Google/Apple and request a refund.
