Madden mobile 20 not starting

This has been happening to me for awhile now but Madden mobile 20 is still not loading in for me. I check off all the boxes required. I have an iPhone 8+ , enough storage left (10gb), good WiFi , latest software update ..iOS 13 beta. Still not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and restarted my phone. Nothing seems to work. This is a great game and I want to continue playing.

Thanks for the post. I suspect the Beta OS may be a factor. Are you able to easily test switching back to iOS 12?

@EA_David I am having the same problem since the release and there is no way to go back to ios 12. Is there anyway to play with ios 13 beta?

The team dropped an update to address crashing. Can you try deleting the app and re-download the latest version to see if you are able to launch it? If not, we'll bullet pass this to them immediately.
