Here a 92 bosher and a 98 speed barry.  Granted they are boosted but how does he catch barry?

The ratings are fraud and don't mean anything. My 104 ovr team is no different from, let's say, a 95 ovr team. There's hundreds of post about this issue. Literally. Yet there's not one response or explanation for it.
