Madden NFL Mobile cash problem

I am on the Amazon Appstore and when I tried to buy the $99.99 madden cash, I got the email containing the receipt and didn't have the cash in-game.  I am really worried because I spent one hundred dollars and got nothing for it. Please help me!!!
