Madden Mobile profile not linking to EA account/email

Hey, I have been having issues trying to link my Madden Mobile account with EA. I linked my email with another profile before, but I removed the link from that profile. I used the same email for my new profile but it won't let me link my email for some reason. How do I fix this?

When you have a chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look. For more information on how to set up a case with them check out the EA Help website.

What are you seeing when you try to link up the accounts? Are you getting any particular error messages? If so, what is the full error you've been seeing?

For me, it won't take the full email. It takes away letters or numbers.

That's really weird. Could you grab a screenshot of what you're seeing so I can take a look?

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY AGE? Apparently you have to be 13 and that’s the only explanation I’ve found for why u don’t have the link to link my acct either And I’m pretty darn sure I’m not younger than 13... 🤔

If the date of birth on your EA Account is set incorrectly please reach out to the EA Help team so they can look into that. You can use the links in my earlier post to contact them.
