delete the app and download it again.

it happened to me too and that fixed it.

 That didn’t work for me. I tried offloading the app, then reinstalling and I’ve also tried clearing MRAM and rebooting the phone. I also saw I had an iOS update which also didn’t solve the problem. I am using an iPhone 8

Hey guys, most of this thread is for an old issue, but if you're still having issues after yesterday's update, deleting and reinstalling the app should get you in.

Happens to me on iPad.  So if I’m running as a guest and delete the app, do I lose my data from last year?  And no, I don’t do Facebook.

Madden mobile 20 is not working for me. Every time I open it, it locks my cell phone.
I tried to uninstall and install again, restart my phone but nothing worked so far.

@mmitchiner99 If you play as guest then best to not delete, just in case. It's probably best to link with whatever's available, just in case. 

Nevertheless, we recently had a new update to address crashing. Can you try popping back to the store and install the latest update, then see if things load up more smoothly then?
