Madden Mobile Not Working on iPhone 6 Plus

When I try to play Madden Mobile on my iPhone 6 Plus, it shows the screen to select my age, howver, it seems to be shifted halway down my screen. This leaves the top half of my screen black, and also no controls are working so I cannot get passed this screen. Please Help!
