I earned around 300 draft points last season from my season score, but I no longer have them.
When the game updated, it would crash on open. On EA’s Twitter, they recommended reinstalling the app or deleting all app data and restarting. I did this, but when I returned to the game, my account was gone. I was playing as a guest, but my EA account was linked. However, there was no option to log into an existing EA account and I was unable to link it once already in the game.
I have been trying for days to contact support with no response. In that time, I have been playing on a new account; I hope that I can be supplemented in some way.
