So have played madden mobile and earlier versions for a few years and for the vast majority of that time have had no issues and enjoyed playing the game especially as my partner won't allow me to get an Xbox this is the only football game I can play but I am really annoyed now.
Well over a month and a half ago I had 103,000 coins stolen from auction, so I reported this to EA and I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved and this morning I log in and go to check on my auctions and 2 of my auctions have disappeared, they aren't on my bench in the items area, I don't have any cash for them just vanished, so I am spitting feathers and waiting to speak to an advisor as I write and I am appalled at the lack of customer service here & communication over these issues when I was told it would be resolved within 7-10 working days
