Madden Mobile App crashing - unplayable

This morning, I traded in some silver tier player cards for a gold tier player. As I clicked claim the game crashed and I was returned to my iphone home page.

Now when I enter the app I am met with a screen asking me to claim and continue. Upon clicking this the game crashes again and remains unplayable.

How do I proceed?

I have the same issue in the auction house with it crashing when you tap any player whether its to bid or claim.  Im on my Ipad which has the issues but the iphone 5 doesnt.

can you share a team between devices? maybe I can try to close the pop up on a different device

yes you can if you log in through Facebook but the i have the same issue on both Ipad and Iphone.  Its got something to do with the ios 8 update.  all of my starting players have vanished!!!  Time and Money went POOF!!!
