Same problems for me as the app thought i was a robot after selling item of my binder....

I think it has something to do with the captcha verification.

@robyoung04 Sorry for the late reply guys. Whenevr the app asks you to verify and do that weird thing with the shapes just make sure to always do it. If you keep cancelling it out it locks u for 24hrs

@jonizzel32 Hi, I’m having the same issues. How did you resolve that problem? I tried getting in contact with EA but they didn’t reply back to me

@kingblood54360 If you get the verification message continuously popping up on the app, always complete it. Do not cancel it out or else it says you are locked for 24-48 hours. Then try again. Thats what worked for me
