Lost Madden Mobile team that was linked to Facebook

I had to reinstall the app on my iPad. I had my team linked to my facebook account. I am unable to get my team back when I signed back in to Madden and Facebook after reinstalling the app. Spent a lot of money and time on the team and no one at EA will help.

Any solutions out there I should try?
