Google Login Failed: device is already linked to this madden account

I have this issue also with goolge play. I login via google play from the madden mobile login screen.

One account works and the other doesn't.  Of course my important account is the one i can't log into.

I can log into the other acct.  Ive tried from there to unlink, log out everything via the settings screen.

After trying to log in again it says it's already linked.

Ive called tech support multiple times but no one knows what to do.

I can not sign up for about 2 weeks at madden mobile 20 via fb and google play. Each time the message "your device is already linked to this device" appears directly. Currently I can only play as a "guest". I've also tried as a guest under settings all linked accounts to close but not. I have a... Huawei p smart Android 9 Emui 9 If that helps. I have already had 4-6 contact with the support because of this but without success. All known solutions I have already tried the one in the forums, etc. can be found. But unfortunately, not a single one has helped. I play Madden mobile already in the 6 year, had never had such a problem. I'm also not one of those unfair gamer playing with a hacked version or so. My first and so far last successful login was on 01.08.2019 at madden mobile 20. I really do not know what else to do so that I can successfully log in again via fb or google play. So you are my last hope, except for the next update to wait ... if one knows the solution then I would be really happy about this. Thank you

I am on a Samsung 10 plus with latest updates (adroid ver 9).  I have also tried without any better results on a Samsung tablet with latest updates. 

I have tried to clear cache, log out google play via the google apps menu, uninstall and reinstall.

I can log in with a different account but not with this account for my son.
