Live events crashing after completing tasks.

Every live event I have entered today has crashed after I complete the task. An error message say oooops encountered an unknown error try again later and puts me to the loading screen. When I get back in the game the live event says resume. The tasks like. Incompletions are there if I complete the task it errors again. Both the TE and WR events today are doing it.

When I open the game it says that I bought some coins but I didn't. Then the unknown error pops up
