Live Chat Work???

I can only get on live chat for Madden Mobile on my phone since only game console help is provided on desktop. So everyone I wait for someone to live chat with me,they come on and say "hello may I help you?" and it does not let me SEND my message back and they always disconnect me. How do I chat with someone?!?! So frustrated with EA and my tournament being stuck and not ending. 😡😡😡
