Link Madden Mobile To Facebook

I've been playing Madden Mobile on iOS for awhile without linking it to Facebook (with a guest account).

I just got a new phone, is it possible to link my account and progress to Facebook now so that I can transfer my progress to my new phone?

If not, how can i transfer my progress?  I've tried iCloud backup but when I restore to the new pone Madden starts like I'm a new user.

Try logging in with your Game Center account on your old phone then it will ask create new account or Link your old one. Press link account then you have your team.After that get on your new phone log into your old Game Center account on your new phone. Then repeat go into madden mobile and login with Game Center account then you should have your team

I broke old phone before I could relink account. How can I recover all that money or progress? I have case history in ea help if you can review.
