Legend upgrade

I received a second 85 Steve Atwater when upgrading and now the progression is greyed out.  I can not go any further.  I purchased another 79 Atwater and exchanged both 85 Atwaters, but nothing worked.  Please help

received 2nd 85 when upgrading to 87... now I don't have the 87 to upgrade to the 89.

@Supergrady2605 Thanks for the report, we're aware of and looking into the Atwater upgrade glitch.
