Kick-off season not working in Madden NFL Mobile

I bought the kickoff bundle and when I try to play the kickoff season and lets me in and when I select the team I want the whole game crashes and I've tried to select other teams like maybe that was the problem but no it does the same thing no matter what team I pick to start the kickoff season with so I spent money to acquire something that I can't use

@Bradbchillin Make sure your account is linked to Google or Facebook and then Uninstall and reinstall the game. That will fix this issue. It's annoying but it works.
