@Magnusaabling Try restarting your device and tap on the 3 closest events next to Julio to see if you need to hit continue on one of them.

@Magnusaabling You have to tap on Julio to bring up the final event. It sometimes can be a little unresponsive, but if you keep tapping it should come up eventually. Once you complete that final event the reward at the bottom should be able to be claimed.

How can Julio be locker?

@Magnusaabling did this come up by tapping Julio? As FDWB said there is an event on the picture of Julio that can be hard to trigger or open. After you complete it, Julio is in the chest.
