Journey reward program elite pack WITH NO ELITES!!???!!!

I hit 22000 journey pts a moment ago.  The reward for such is a program elite pack.  I made an extra effort to get to that today.

Those screenshots show what i got.

Thats reeeeeaaalllllyyy stupid.

Is a program elite pack supposed to give all golds and silvers?

The Epic Journey Pack is guaranteed. 

@sunsetboy4ever It should grant an elite. If you scrolled all the way over and didn't receive one, please contact our Support team via in-game so they can look into granting a new pack for you.

Ok.  I made a case.  Talked to someone in the call center.  Said a couple elites should be dropped on me in 24 hrs.

I used to make a lot of cases.  I hated creating a new case today.  Hopefully it works out no fuss no muss.  Thankyou ✌

@EA_Blueberry  A program elite pack doesn't guarantee an elite players.  It says it has the following

1 x 74+ OVR Program Player

4 x 70+ OVR Program Player

3 x 66+ OVR Program Player

Well...i was told a couple elites would be dropped on me in the next 24 hrs by the ea call center.

Once again though...thats dumb.

If someone in ea set things up like that...thats really dumb.

A program elite pack should include a program elite.  Otherwise...why call it elite at all?
