Jalen Ramsey Masters Series Will Not Continue at the End [ Edited ]

I've completed the Jalen Ramsey Master Series Challenge and it will not let me receive the card.. It looks as if I have more to do but everything is green and I've unlocked everything in the challenge. Is there anything I or Ea can do to fix this????

@ThaKiddPaulieB Tapping on the giant Jalen Ramsey should make the final event pop up for you to complete. Sometimes it doesn't register right away, so you might just have to try a few times. Once you finish that one, then the reward will unlock.
