Ironclad Upgrading problem

I need help with completing the bears offensive lineman 94ovr set I have all of the tools but it’s saying I still can’t claim the item even though I did all the troubleshooting techniques it still won’t work! I have the 90ovr needed to complete the 94ovr set but it still says I can’t claim it so please help me like I really need help Bc that’s the guy I want! The screenshots I am showing you is that first I have the 90ovr bears offensive line and the second screenshot I shared with you is showing that I can’t claim the 94ovr even though I have all of the requirements but there is no error show you so please help me fix this problem Bc I think it has to do with me training the 90ovr one time!

You have to exchange the 90 version for trophies first  Then the 94 will unlock.
