I lost my entire account [ Edited ]

I downloaded the latest IOS upgrade and my Madden Mobile quit loading and stayed frozen. I reinstalled the game and my entire account was deleted. I have spent a couple of hundred dollars on this stupid game and I lost it all. If this is the way you do business it sucks pretty bad. I had approximately 800 players and now I have squat.
