I didn’t receive gems for leveling up!

I just recently bought the $29.99 pack that gave you 3450 madden cash and also 300 gems per in game level. I received the cash, but I didn’t get any gems. I tried to delete and reinstall then log out and login. Nothing worked and then I called EA technical support and they said to come write a forum.

@Mreasybreeze each time you level up you have to go to front office, then business. then click on the gems to upgrade and receive your gems
