I Didnt get my H2H Collectible for leveling up

I am currently missing 2 collectibles towards one of the Brady's required for the Madden Master Brady from getting into Hall of Fame for H2H. I didn't receive a collectible when I got into Elite 1 and I didn't get one for getting into Hall of Fame. Since I got into Hall of Fame last month, getting into Hall of Fame this month should put me at 14 collectibles all up. However as can be seen in the photo, I only have 12. Is this a known issue?

Which collectible? The one for reaching gold tier or higher?

Im having the same problem. I went from elite 3 to elite 2 and i didnt get my master brady collectible

HA. atleast you got the ones heading into elite 1. I am missing all of mine and I am in elite 3. Now I have a f***ed up auction block where I can't buy any players and now I am missing essential Madden Master collectibles. I really, REALLY hope this is all as a result of the hurricane and then I feel like it is okay to wait, for a set amount of time. It was also nice how the update had no minor bug fixes in either of these categories.

I'm currently in H2H Elite Tier 3 and when I win games I do not recive my collectible for the 90 ovr H2H Tom Brady who else has this problem?

I didn't receive the head 2 head collectibles.

same here tired of ea support it gets you no where. probably take the whole year to get the H2H collectibles for the Brady since only get them half the time
