How do you turn in cheaters of this game

@EA_David how do we turn in cheats.  

How do you do a run on cheats cause it seems in top teams are running off game programs countering defense plays somehow. Which can be done on samsung apps.   I have a league being played where every player almost scored on same plays against all different schemes in same 5 downs almost.   And they seem to be LC’ing every play while not even playing.
