I understand there is a proprietary logarithm that generates what content is pushed out during a purchase... but when I get quantity 4 of single players (In EVERY level set) it completely defeats the purpose of purchasing a variety pack to complete multiple sets. The generator has been getting worse and worse this year. Also, I only received 5 of the 16 players I was told I would receive. How many of those should have been pack masters??? This is absolutely terrible and action should immediately be taken so as to not scam future players.
Please let me know what steps you will take to fix this for me as well as the rest of the gamers out there.
