HoF Barry Sanders not available [ Edited ]

I've successfully completed all 4 Hall of Fame events for Barry Sanders (as shown by the green ticks) but I'm unable to collect the 72 Barry Sanders. The button to claim the player is shaded out.  I have the latest update installed and it is still not working.

I got the Barry but also got the cards to upgrade but that’s not showing and neither are the Steve young ones I got in blitz or sharpe one I got for cashing in shields

Hey there! Are you able to claim after restarting the device?

@EA_Blueberry No, I even uninstalled and reinstalled and it is not there. 

The event chain is now over, so I can see no way of getting it back.
