Help replace my account??

So I posted on here a few days ago about my account disappearing from my device, and it was only linked to the device on not Facebook, Google Play, or anything else, so I was told by multiple GCs and EA support people that it is gone forever... I put a ton of time and effort into my account every single day and had a top team, 96 offense/97 defense, 2700 power. Is there any way EA could look at my account from my user ID and give me a duplicate of it with everything I had on my previous account that is now gone?? I would really appreciate it. Thanks to anyone who can help.
