To tell you frankly if you have not attched your team to a facebook account and you delete and reinstall the apps, the probability of getting your previous team is too low. Not unless, EA dig into their database server and send you your file (which is too way complicated).
The only thing I can think of right now (which I myself have not done it) is to check when was the last time your IOS device backup its content. If you back it up before you reinstall the apps, there might be a little chance that when you do a restore you may get your old team back but again there is no guarantee and just a suggestion.
