Gems arent being given when leveling up

I'm at level 83 and havent gotten my gems for the last 10 level ups. Complete mess. I reached out to EA and was told that I need to call Madden. Complete crap.

@kingalex956 Go to front office then business then scroll to level up rewards. Claim them manually even past rewards up to current level
