Game not opening after purchasing cash

I just purchased cash in the game, and now it won't open. I've spent many many hours in this game and now I don't have access to it any more. How can we fix this? If my game is lost, All my time and effort put into your product, how can this be rectified?

Would suggest waiting it out. This same kind of thing happened to me after purchasing packs. Not 100% sure why, but after waiting the game let me back in randomly. Longest I've waited. was about 2 days straight, then boom randomly I was back in. 

I did not uninstall anything while waiting.
