Game crashes: When selecting team for Kickoff Celebration Season

There is a bug with Kickoff Celebration Season.  When you click on a team to start the season, the game crashes.  I have tried it on multiple devices.

Try deleting then reinstalling the app. That worked for me.

If I delete the game from my phone, won’t it reset when I re-install it?

As long as your profile is linked to EA, Facebook, or Google you should be good to go.

@Wyndriah Is right bro. You must make sure your account is linked to one of those outlets he listed. But once you do that and reinstall you should be good to go.

It did work for me. Uninstall Madden mobile 20 then reinstall it. Again make sure your account is synced to the services I mentioned. If you are playing as a guest your data "might" still be linked to your device. I think the only way to lose your game data is if you changed devices entirely. That I wouldn't recommend though.
