Game crash during LVL drives

Not sure if this is a widespread issue, but recently had a touchdown on my first drive and the game crashed during the 2pt conversion. My film shows the TD but I was not awarded the points towards the lvl total. Is this common or is it a new thing not to give someone the points they earned?

We haven't seen other reports on this from what I'm aware of. Has it happened to you more than once? Sounds like a bug though if you're not getting it accounted for.
