Feat of Training Achievement Stuck [ Edited ]

Hello, I’m writing this because of n issue I am having on Madden Mobile. Those of you that play know that Training players builds team strength and also banks the training goals which result in gems to use for purchases. I have been training players for over a week and it hasn’t recorded the upgrades. I’ve contacted EA Support with absolutely NO luck getting an answer back. Has anyone else seen this issue or know how to resolve it? Thanks

What I have circled in red. I train players daily and the number doesn’t change at all. It stays at 3852. I’m getting very frustrated

Good question. I reached out to the team as I'm not 100% sure myself. I tried training up my players and mine is stuck on Tier 5 at 2,252. I'll let you know as soon as I hear back. Do you see it slowly increase if your players level up when you complete events?

No, it has been the same for at least a week now.

Alerted the dev team about it. We've seen others raise it up on other channels so they're now aware.

My game is stuck on 3986/4000 and it won't recognize that I've leveled up players, so I don't receive the gems associated with getting that Achievement.  I am stuck on Tier 5 and can't get to the next one.  No matter how many times I level up my players, or they get leveled up by the computer when I pass a challenge, it's stuck on 3986/4000.  Please help!  Thanks.
