Just an FYI everyone, I just got off the phone with EA customer support and they informed me EA protocol does not allow for compensation to players due to global blackouts , even though it is EA’s server fault. I even sent in screen shots to prove I was not lying and it was still denied. Basically they told me it would take too long to determine who was affected and would rather not compensate instead of doing the right thing and investigate the issue. The rep explained EA doesn’t really care about people being upset and told me there is nothing he can do.
