Do not buy field pass if you have started FoF master gauntlet [ Edited ]

I had already to completed the FoF master gauntlet, and decided to buy the field pass. I did not get the 5x fear points for the gauntlet, and the event is missing from the master series. The achievements are reset to 0.  Tech support says it is a bug and I should post here...so, yeah.

@junkshow When they tell you it's a bug and to post it here what they are telling you is that they have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it and they are just passing the buck.
Terrible, and not fair to the moderators here.

In addition to I couldn’t get the 81+ OVR players to even complete 1 set before they pulled it!!!

@junkshow Hi, as I understand the multiplier only applies as you're earning the points, and not retroactively if you buy the pass. 

Are all of your achievements reset, including the easy ones from earlier in the list? If so, is any progress stalled, or is it earning again?
