Connectivity Issue

Ok - cant connect - i can connect but not through my facebook account which has all my progress , coins, madden cash and player cards.. will this be resolved any time soon??

Madden Mobile when i try to connect to facebook I always get a message box that tells me that it cant connect to the network and then i recieve an error and then my game crashes!! I have tried deleting the app and redownloading it, I have even tried restarting my ipad air 2 and even shutting it down and the problem still occurs!! Please Help
