Cant add banners to pick 1 masters set

I have 2 combine banners and they dont show up to be added to the pick one set. Timer says it will only be available for 42 more hours and I hope to have my 3rd by the end. Can this be looked at?

You have to earn 3 regular Combine Masters in order to unlock the Grand Master.

Yeah, you can do that for a while then. How do you get them tho
