I say yes account can be install on different phone, you just can't play with the 2 phones at the same time (besides, I do not recommend you to connect on your account with the 2 telephones at the same time to avoid any possible problem)

@koreperc30 You must have logged into a different account on your other device first. Once you login to a device with an account that is the account you must play on.
