It does not matter which device I use to attempt to log in to Madden - they all show my account is banned.
You may or may not be aware, but EA banned a ton of members including 4 from my league all at the same time about a week ago. They certainly meant to ban users, but their criteria may have been flawed and a lot of normal, daily users have been banned - myself included.
I am going thru the normal channels to try to get someone to examine my account and to tell me what they think I have done wrong, but so far it has been canned responses telling me that I was rightfully banned, but no one will actually tell me why.
All I’d like is for someone from terms of service team to talk with me and tell me what they think I’ve done wrong. These canned responses are not cutting it.
